Busan, Korea, November 19, 2005 -- The 13th APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting (AELM) has concluded in Busan. At the end of the meeting Leaders issued the "Busan Declaration" and a separate statement on WTO Doha Development Agenda Negotiations that are available for download.
